Payday is coming and you’re probably looking for a gig to go to. Why not attend one for a cause?
For only P150 pesos you get a chance to save a life and even enjoy listening to some great bands.
So mark your calendars now. If you want to chill after work, this is just the right one for you.
See you all! 🙂
How to go to Freedom Bar Anonas?
From EDSA going North Bound turn right to Aurora Boulevard. Go straight until you reach Anonas Avenue then turn left. Go straight up to Molave Street.
This gig is organized by Frost-byte Productions, the same productions that handled Reboot: A Gig for a Cause. Proceeds of this event will be for the benefit of the father of Aaron Alocillo (Slash ‘N Burn) who is fighting against lung cancer.

I posted here before about our event “Reboot: A Gig for a Cause”. It’s a gig produced by Frost-Byte Productions and participated by Tropang COMSOC (JRU) and my company Sun77. It was held at Bagong Ihaw, Mandaluyong City last Saturday, Nov. 17. It was a successful event and I’m so glad I became a part of it (all thanks to my buddy Ices!).
Among the bands that performed for the night are: EGG, FAULTT, Radiostation, Embers to Diamond, Laura, Red Light Go, Escape, and Nuevo. There were also solo performers like Aldrin Roman, Guiness and most importantly, Lougee (former vocalist of Mojofly and Delara).
And yeah, I get to have a picture with Lougee of course! (All photos c/o Sir Jude Ng. Thank you so much!)
Me and Lougee
By the way, all proceeds of the event went to two charities namely The White Cross Orphanage and Tahanan ng Pagmamahal. Both institutions cater to abandoned and neglected children by giving them their basic needs, education and a home filled with love and hope for new dreams.
Anyway, here are some photos of the event too…
Punta na sa “REBOOT: A Gig For A Cause”.
Note: For more details, see the poster.
