Yep. The title is absolutely true. I received an email and at first, didn’t believe what it says. But when I started doing some research, I found out that the facts contained there are true.
Here are the TOP FOUR Cancer-causing Foods and some additional data from my research…
1. Processsed meats like hotdogs and bacon 
Because they contain large amounts of nitrate, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children should eat no more than 12 hotdogs a month. If you can’t live without processed foods, buy those that do not contain sodium nitrate. Why? Because Sodium Nitrate when placed in processed meats and consumed produces nitrosamines (potent cancer-causing chemicals) that accelerate the formation and growth of cancer cells in the body.
2. Doughnuts 
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar and hydrogenated oils. Then, fried at high temperature.Trans-fats are usually contained in hydogenated oils and these substances increase the bad cholesterol in the body. Other than that, over consumption of hydrogenated oil also leads to diabetes.
3. French Fries 
Sad but true, french fries are also made with hydrogenated oils and fried at high temperature. They also contain cancer-causing acryl amides (substances found in starchy foods) which occurs during the frying process.
4. Chips, crackers and cookies 
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.
So now that you know the Top Four Cancer- Causing foods, you’d better be on guard in what you’re eating. Don’t pig out that much on them. You might regret it.
